Our home is in a small cul-de-sac, surrounded by 15 acres of beautiful forest. We are 4 minutes from the highway, 15 minutes from downtown Chagrin Falls, and 30 minutes from Cleveland. We receive many inquiries about having weddings or events. 16 is the maximum amount of people allowed on the property. There is a beautiful community center down the street from our home to rent for 100.00 an hour. A beautiful single-family residence for daily, weekly, or monthly rent for all single family uses permitted by law, except for large gatherings.
