In 1998, co-founders James Beath and James Paquette founded Reliance One, Inc. They dedicated their time and energy to see their vision come to life: creating an industry leading staffing company that embraces the ever-changing preferences and needs of clients and employees, alike. The new business partners started small, launching their recruiting services from the quarters of a residential basement. They quickly gained leverage in the market and were able to expand into new offices, taking with them the leadership and recruitment teams they have created.
