I need 4 tickets. There is only one ticket available for the night we would want to see it. I hear they release rush tickets but alas I will be on a tour at 10am. Are there returns before the show?

I do not know the answer. Most theaters do have cancellations and returns, but this one is so small and generally sold out, that it would be risky to depend on 4 tickets.
What is disabled access like? Where is the closest disabled parking?

Sorry but cannot advise other than you should contact the theatre direct. It is one of the busiest parts of London so parking is likely to be a very big issue. Good luck
