I would think you can get a taxi but i;m not sure how much it will cost as it's a bit of a way, took us about 45 minutes by train. My advise would be to get the train from the Termini in Rome …

I would think you can get a taxi but i;m not sure how much it will cost as it's a bit of a way, took us about 45 minutes by train. My advise would be to get the train from the Termini in Rome to Tivoli which will cost you 2 euro 60 cents each way ( remember to validate your ticket before going through to the platform ) then getting a taxi from Tivoli train station to Parco Villa Gregoriana.
