Although Kingscote is not open yet, the available mansions now open are treasures. I continually visit these mansions because there is so much to learn when using the self-guided audio tour sets and choosing the additional number choices for more information. The upcoming weekend weather is perfect for appreciation of these ocean front properties whereas Kingscote's location, after decades of development has lost it's hilltop prime viewing although it's tree covered grounds are peaceful.
