The full moon will light up our recent snow cover, making for some bright nights. We've got NASA tips on what else to look for in the sky this weekend.

Look for the January full moon to rise from the eastern horizon around sunset, according to NASA. By midnight, the wolf moon should glow bright and round overhead before disappearing at sunrise into the western horizon.

The Wolf Moon will arrive on Jan. 13, 2025, at 05:27 p.m. ET, according to NASA. The moon will appear full for about three days around this time, from Sunday evening into Wednesday morning, the agency said.
