Investigators say a motorcycle was traveling east on Hancock Bridge Parkway, on the outside lane at a high rate of speed.

NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. (WFLA) — One person died after a crash on Wednesday that involved three vehicles, troopers said. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the incident took place around 6:58 p.m.

The incident happened around 12:15 a.m. Sunday on Little Road, according to Florida Highway Patrol (FHP). The 18-year-old reportedly tried to cross the roadway as the motorcyclist was traveling south.

The victim, a man from Fort White, was riding an electric bike heading north on SW Scrubtown ... The driver of the car was not injured. FHP is investigating the crash.
