India's Reliance Consumer Products on Tuesday launched its home-grown cola brand, Campa Cola, in the United Arab Emirates, marking the brand's first foray into the global market dominated by U.S. beverage giants PepsiCo and Coca-Cola .

The initial Campa product range in the UAE will include Campa Cola, Campa Lemon, Campa Orange, and Cola Zero, all of which will feature updated packaging and a competitive price point.

MUMBAI: Reliance is taking beverage brand Campa global with its launch in the UAE, broadening the firm’s play in the segment and stepping up competition against Coca-Cola and PepsiCo which have been nudged to revisit their strategies in India after Campa’s entry into the local market at cheaper price points.
