The Chicago Cubs’ newest Top 30 prospect list features a group of players that could be Major League players soon.

Unlike Newcomb, Cruz has yet to pitch in the majors. The 25-year-old was originally signed by the Cubs as an international free agent coming out of the Dominican Republic in August 2016.
