Rutgers football will be well represented at this year’s NFL Combine. The Scarlet Knights announced Tuesday that five players secured invitations, the most since earning six in 2013.

Five Rutgers players were invited to the NFL Combine, which is the most for the Scarlet Knights in more than a decade.

There was plenty of experience and star power on the Scarlet Knights this past season — and NFL teams have been put on notice. On Tuesday, it was announced that five Scarlet Knights have been invited to the NFL Scouting Combine this year.
