Both Lillard and Foley's characters seemed to die in 'Scream' and 'Scream 3' — so how are they back for 'Scream 7'?

Scott Foley is returning to the 'Scream' universe but it is as yet unknown if he will reprise the role of Roman Bridger who died in 'Scream 3.'

Lillard, who played Stu Macher in the first Scream movie, has been cast in Scream 7, as reported by Deadline. Stu was one-half of the Ghostface killer duo in the 1996 film alongside final girl Sidney Prescott’s boyfriend Billy Loomis (Skeet Ulrich).

What a wild movie the seventh Scream is shaping up to be. With all the recent developments, it seems like the production is long past its rocky beginning and is taking on a life of its own. One way Scream 7 stays fresh is by bringing back some fan favorites,
