Oak Park police have released body camera video from the November 2024 shootout that killed Detective Allan Reddins, who was responding to a call of a man with a gun leaving a bank.

Bodycam footage released Thursday from Oak Park police shows an encounter that left a detective dead the day after Thanksgiving. Detective Allan Reddins can be seen approaching a man who was at the center of reports of an armed suspect near a bank.
