UFC President Dana White confirmed that FBI Director Kash Patel is seriously considering a partnership with the mixed martial arts organization to train FBI agents. Patel spoke to White about the potential collaboration during a UFC event on Saturday.

That wasn’t just some off-the-cuff remark from FBI director Patel — the feds really could be working with UFC fighters in the near future.

Senior FBI officials are not allowed to bring cell phones to their offices. A secured landline is already there on the desks of many FBI officials that can connect them to the White House, the CIA and other national security agencies.

FBI Director Kash Patel is “dead serious” about contracting with the UFC to help train rank-and-file agents, according to the organization’s president, Dana White. Patel, a Las Vegas resident, was in attendance for UFC 313 at T-Mobile Arena on Saturday night and discussed the potential plan with the head of the Las Vegas-based fighting organization.
