On Friday, Blink Charging Co (BLNK) stock saw a modest uptick, ending the day at $1.47 which represents no change from the prior close of of $1.47. The stock opened at $1.48 and touched a low of $1.44 during the day, reaching a high of $1.51. The volume of shares traded was 3.41 million falling short of the average volume of 4.95 million.

Blink Charging said the Securities and Exchange Commission has wrapped up its investigation of the electric-vehicle infrastructure it provides, and that the regulator doesn't plan to recommend any enforcement action.

Following this, Blink's stock is moving down 6.83 percent, to $1.37 on the Nasdaq. The closing of investigation is expected to allow the company to focus on profitability and core strategy.
