UPDATED: Department head resigns from city of Wichita Falls
A longtime employee of the city of Wichita Falls has departed. John Burrus resigned effective Jan. 31, according to Chris Horgen, city public information officer. Horgen gave no other details on the resignation of the man who climbed from a secretarial position to department head over the course of 34 years.
