The Philadelphia Flyers wrapped up a home-and-home set against the New Jersey Devils with a split. After a 4-2 home win on Monday, the Fyers sustained a 5-0 loss at Prudential Center on Wednesday evening.

The Philadelphia Flyers pulled goaltender Samuel Ersson during the second period of their Jan. 29 matchup against the New Jersey Devils. Flyers netminder Ivan Fedotov replaced Ersson between the pipes. Ersson, 25, allowed four goals on 16 shots before being pulled by the Flyers. All four of New Jersey's goals came during the second period.

While the Flyers held their own in the first period of Wednesday night’s game at the Prudential Center, the middle frame was something you don’t save the video from. The Devils scored four times, drove Flyers starting goaltender Samuel Ersson from the net and went to a 5-0 payback victory.
