Additional rainfall and snowfall later in the week has forecasters expecting the Ohio River to continue to rise to over 53 feet, which could cause minor flooding in parts of Covington and Bellevue in Northern Kentucky, as well as in Cincinnati's California neighborhood and Clermont County.
