New Delhi: BJP’s newly elected Mustafabad MLA Mohan Bisht on Sunday proposed renaming the northeast Delhi constituency to "Shiv Vihar" or "Shiv Puri." The area has a large minority population, but Bisht justified his proposal by stating that the Hindu population in the constituency was higher.
