Jan 23, 2024 · Maybe you all know this already, but I didn’t: Dover is no longer doing free return shipping on sized items. A few times I’d order a small or medium in an item when I wasn’t sure of the brand or fit, knowing I could return the one that didn’t work. That’s not an option any more. I think it’s just Riding Warehouse and SmartPak that still do this.

There are quite a few in my area that do this and do well, but those tack stores that just sell the same stuff as the big box brands never last long. But that is all off topic. Jan 20, 2024 · I don’t really see how Greenhawk can do anything much different than already existing retail outlets of Dover Saddlery or Stateline Tack in the neighborhood. I always thought supplements were the core business for Smartpak. It never made sense to me when they tried to get into soft goods.
